Cost minimization
You can define price per piece for each warehouse stock used in plan. Your solution will then include the total cost of the material. If your plan contains different types of warehouse stock with different prices, you can use a cost optimization algorithm that aims to minimize material costs.
1) First, enable the Prices switch. Then select Optimization type and fill in Price per piece for every available stock used in cutting plan.
2) If you choose Waste minimization, default optimization algorithm is used and solution will also include total cost of the material.
3) Choose Cost minimization if you require a solution with minimum material costs.
